WiseHQ takes abuse seriously. If you believe content or behavior on the platform violates our Acceptable Use Policy, report it using one of the channels below.
What to report
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech directed at any person or group.
- Sharing of illegal content (CSAM, terror content, illegal drugs, etc.).
- Spam, phishing, or attempts to defraud other users.
- Impersonation of WiseHQ staff, another organization, or another user.
- Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or other security abuse.
- Infringement of intellectual property — see the DMCA Takedown Policy for the dedicated process.
How to report
Email abuse@getwisehq.com with as much of the following as you can provide:
- Your name and email (anonymous reports accepted but harder to follow up on).
- The URL or location inside WiseHQ where the abuse is occurring.
- A short description of what is happening.
- Screenshots or evidence (helpful but not required).
- Whether you believe immediate action is needed (e.g. ongoing harassment).
Emergencies
If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first. WiseHQ cannot dispatch emergency response. For threats of imminent harm to a child, contact NCMEC’s CyberTipline.
Our response
- We acknowledge most reports within 1 business day.
- We review the report and the relevant content/behavior.
- If a violation is confirmed, we may remove content, suspend, or terminate the responsible account.
- For unlawful content (e.g. CSAM), we report to the appropriate authority and preserve evidence as required by law.
- Reporters may not always receive a detailed outcome (privacy of the reported user).

Vulnerabilities in WiseHQ itself (not user behavior) should go to security@getwisehq.com. See the Security page and security.txt for our coordinated disclosure policy.
